This is a Silpat® nonstick sheet liner from France. Its nonstick surface provides an instant nonstick baking surface that does not need to be greased.

With a Silpat®, you do not need to grease or use parchment paper. It is washable and completely reusable so that it is more environmentally friendly than disposable liners.

Perfect for cookies, meringues, macarons and other delicate cookies.

Suitable as a surface to roll out pastry dough without adding additional flour to make a tabletop non-stick.

This Silpat measures 11 5/8” X 16 ½” and rolls up for compact storage.
