U.S. orders under 13 ounces are usually shipped via U.S. Postal Service First Class Mail (USPS First Class).
U.S. orders over 13 ounces are usually shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail (USPS Priority Mail).
All international orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service First Class International Package Mail.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated based on the subtotal of your order and the delivery location. For orders being delivered inside the United States and Canada, shipping is free for all orders.

Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes, we will ship to any location with a valid address.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Domestic orders under 13 ounces are usually shipped via U.S. Postal Service First Class Mail (USPS First Class). These shipments are usually delivered between 2 and 8 days from the date of shipment.
Domestic orders over 13 ounces are usually shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail (USPS Priority Mail). These shipments are usually delivered between 2 and 3 days from the date of shipment.
All international orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service First Class International Package Mail. Delivery time varies based on delivery location but is usually between 5 and 10 days, not including customs clearance times.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Most domestic shipments receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, so you will know when your package is shipped, handled, and delivered. You will receive this tracking number via email when your order is confirmed. Using this tracking number, you can track the status of your shipment on the USPS website.

What are my payment options?
You may use any major credit card, an e-check, or your PayPal account to complete your order.
We use PayPal to process your order, payment, and shipping information. When adding products to your shopping cart and when completing your order, you will be directed to our PayPal payment processing site.
I don't have a PayPal account. Can I still buy something from your site?
Yes, you can still make a purchase from our site even if you do not have a PayPal account. Simply follow the instructions on the checkout page to complete your order. You are not required to register or login to your PayPal account in order to complete your purchase.
Can I pay with a personal check?
No, we do not accept personal checks. You may pay with an e-check via Paypal.
How quickly will my order be processed?
Your order will be processed and shipped within one business day after our receipt of your payment.
How is sales tax calculated?
Orders placed outside of Washington State are not charged sales tax. Sales tax of 6.5% is charged only to orders placed within Washington State.
