“Shou Bi Nan Shan” Longevity Vegetable Cutters

The four Chinese Characters in this vegetable cutter set “Shou Bi Nan Shan” means “Longevity as great as the South Mountain”.  It is a phrase commonly used to wish somebody a long life on their birthday.

The vegetable cutters can be used to embellish birthday celebrations or to dress up other celebrations to make them especially auspicious.

These vegetable cutters are very different from traditional cookie cutters because are made with a very strong steel material.  The taller handles make cutting through hard vegetables like carrots and radishes effortless.

The blades which form the shape of the vegetable cutters are also very sharp, allowing you to make a crisp and precise incision on your vegetable slices. You can also flour these cutters and use them as fondant cutters to decorate cakes and desserts.

This is a must have for any chefs in the kitchen who uses vegetable cuttings to decorate their dishes.  Perfect for borders and for adding a special banquet flair to your presentation.

Each cutter measures approximately 2.25 X 1.25 inches (Length X Height).
