Deep Red Sanding Sugar by Wilton

What is the difference between sparkling sugar and sanding sugar? Sanding sugar is finer sugar than sparkling sugar. This deep red sugar can be used to coat a larger area where you need the color to be more intense.  Sanding sugar is also a better choice when coating desserts where you do not want to bite into large pieces of crunch from the sugar.

This is a very rich, deep red color that will help you to put the finishing touch on all baked goods.
