This is a square mooncake mold with a plunger. The plunger can be fitted with interachangable motifs to stamp out different patterns. Three different patterns plates are included in this set. The mold is used in the following manner: First the mooncake pastry is wrapped around the filling and shaped into a dough ball. The dough ball is then pressed into the mold.
