About the Author

Ms. Yang Luyin obtained a Masters in Sociology from the National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan.  She is a lecturer and advocate of naturally brewed vinegar.  She is also a professional brewer of the Luyin Vinegar brand.

Ms. Yang believes that even though vinegar is not medicine, it produces astonishing effects.  Drinking vinegar helps to enhance the body’s metabolic rate, regulates general physique, improves gastrointestinal and cardiovascular functions and keeps the body healthy.
