About the Author

Born in Kampar, Perak, Madam Choong Su Yin (Mrs. Deng) was formerly a Chinese and music teacher before her retirement.  During her tenture, she would take regular trips to Hong Kong, where she attended culinary classes.   She is now the principal and instructor of a cooking instruction school.  Madam Choong is a trusted and respected figure in the women’s circle.  Over the years, she has earned numerous accolades from the F&B industry and laid a solid foundation in the realm of culinary arts.
