About the Author

Madam Huang nee Chong Moi Eng has been passionate about cooking since her childhood. She used to work for a wealthy Peranakan family, where she learned the secrets of preparing traditional Nyonya cuisines.  She often cooks for her Nyonya grandmother, who loves her tantalizing dishes.  Mrs. Huang has published several cookbooks and is active in the culinary circle in northern Malaysia.  She is regularly invited to conduct cooking demonstrations and is the judge of many local cooking competitions.
